Forum posts, App Store reviews, and NPS responses brought into the team’s existing Slack workflow.

My part: Workato integrations and AI-assisted feedback analysis.

I built Workato integrations that brought customer forum posts, iOS App Store reviews, and NPS responses into Slack. Teams could see feedback where they were already working, discuss it, and decide how to respond.

Forum feeds supported internal discussion before a public reply. A custom OpenAI Assistant analyzed the free-text NPS responses to surface themes by training type. The work joined scattered sources into a shared place for product and support conversations.
