Somewhere to have another go
Interviewing is hard to practice in a way that feels real, especially without a friend or coach available. I built a web prototype around a useful loop: try an answer, get feedback, and try again.
Conversation becomes something to work with
Someone chooses a role and gets a technical, behavioral, or situational question. They respond by voice or text and receive structured feedback on clarity, structure, and content. React handles the interface; a Node.js/Express backend connects voice transcription and OpenAI-powered analysis.
Keep the experiment focused
The prototype explores practice and feedback. Accounts, progress tracking, and complete mock interviews were ideas for later development. What interested me was giving someone a useful response at a moment when they could do something with it.
