Physical computing · A seasonal surprise

Classroom music sensor.

A door sensor that starts Christmas music in a classroom.

My part
Prototype design and assembly.
Context
Personal project
A controller, domed sensor, round speaker, and battery pack wired together on a desk in front of a laptop.
The classroom music prototype on the workbench.

I made an automatic Christmas music setup for a classroom. The idea was simple: someone comes through the doorway, and the music starts.

The prototype brings together a controller, a sensor, a small speaker, and a battery pack.
